75cl Apple Juice Vistabella

Description

Vistabella is the earliest apple variety to ripen on our farm.  Having less time in the sun than later varieties, it is not surprising that it is a little tart.  It’s eating qualities are quite different to late season varieties and its flesh is very juicy and melt in the mouth.  In the hot summer temperatures, the fruit doesn’t last for very long once it has been picked but that doesn’t matter for the apples that we juice.  The flavour is tart but distictly melon like.  Ideal to accompany a spicy meal but perhaps not for breakfast?
