This is a blend of apples from our Townsend Orchard, which grows 12 different varieties including Sunset, James Grieve, Idared, Katy, Discovery, Grenadier, Worcester, Concorde, George Cave, Howgate Wonder, Kidds Orange Red and Vistabella. They are blended in a fashion to produce a complex flavour but slightly on the sharp side.
