PRICE TRANSPARENCY – Unlike some webshops, from the outset our prices incude vat (when applicable) and all standared delivery costs. (When making price comparisons please take this into account.)

DELIVERY – UK only, the cost of overnight delivery on APC’s liquid service is INCLUDED in our prices, except for some inner city transport zones, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, which might incur a small surcharge. In some cases, our courier may not provide a service. (If in doubt, please contact us for a quote.)

PAYMENT- We accept cash or card in store. Online Card payments are through our PAYPAL option. This enables you to use any credit or debit card via Paypal without having to sign up for a Paypal account. Our Checkout will guide you through the process. There are no hidden charges. We also accept payment by bank transfer. This might take a little longer to process and despatch will be after confirmation of payment.

ACCOUNT- Signing up for an account will enable our website to display correct prices, discounts, coupons and delivery surcharges. It will also enable one-click reordering for returning customers. We do not share any stored data as per our data and privacy policies and you can edit or delete your account at any time.

LARGE BOTTLES are sold in cases of 12 to ensure that we can include the cost of p&p. You can mix and match any combination of larger bottles to make up a full case.

SMALL BOTTLES are sold in a minimum of 30 to ensure that we can cover the cost of p&p.

FRUIT – sold in small or large cases of approx 1.7kg and 5.5kg of fruit.

We remain grateful to our loyal customers during the first two lockdowns. Since then, you have overwhelmingly shown that you prefer to shop face to face and so our online shop has now developed to sell ONLY our own produce over a much wider area.
